In several quiz questions, when the feedback text comes up if the learner happens to move the cursor over the text, a part of the text shows a green rollover state with the cursor turning to a hand. I'm not sure why that's happening and would like to get rid of it....ideas, anyone??
I don't see a reply....but I've looked at my file...how do I tell it's a hyperlink problem and how do I delete that? FYI, I inherited this course from someone who is 'no longer with the company' so I'm not sure where this all originated??
You may want to check you junk or spam folder for a reply from support@articulate.com. The text that was highlighting green, you can select that in the feedback layer and right click. There you will see the options to edit hyperlink or remove hyperlink. Click on the remove to delete it.
If there is no hyperlink on the text, those options will not show when right clicked. There was no link actually attached, so it could have been an error, or maybe they had something hyperlinked previously.
Ah, I see. When I right-click, I don't see the option to remove the hyperlink. Pat of the issue is that the highlight begins and ends in the middle of words, so it's a bit tough to isolate that text. But since there are only a 8-10 questions, it's quicker for me to just put in a new text box.

And I have checked the states of the textbox....nothing there but normal.
Hello Carrie!
It may be easier to see what you are describing if you could share the .story file here.
I can't do that but am attaching a screen cap showing what happens when the cursor rolls over the feedback....
Carrie,
Would you be able to share the file privately? You can do so here, and even just send the one slide with the issue.
I just sent one screen, Emily....
Thanks! I just sent it, Emily.
Thanks Carrie, I will take a look now.
I just downloaded a copy of SL2 and this problem isn't happening in 2....!?
Hello Carrie!
I did reply to the case you submitted. It was a hyperlink issue on the text.
Thanks, Emily.

Hope this helps!
I checked and don't see an email....must've gotten stuck in the pipe! ;-)
I've selected the text and don't see an option to remove the hyperlink, but there are not a lot of questions so I will just re-enter the text boxes.
Thanks so much for your help, Emily!
Hello Carrie!
Did you get the email from Justin? I just want to make sure we have the correct email, so I will resend, as I had attached a new file for you.
No, nothing from Justin????
Hmmm, I am not really sure what happened, I also resent the email to you to check. The email you sent the ticket under is the correct one?
It should be the one you're using now, though there's always a chanced that I mis-typed....
These posts are done on the message board, the notifications go to your email, so it is not really a direct email.
But if you do see the issue again, let us know if you cannot see the hyperlink information :)

Not a problem, and yes I did have to select only the text that was affected to remove the hyperlink!
