Feedback master -- background graphic

Sep 18, 2014

Is there a way to change (not hide) the background graphic on the feedback master? My client has very long text for feedback and when I enlarge the text area, the rule that appears on the background graphic to separate the Correct or Incorrect title from the feedback text ends up running through the text. I haven't been able to figure out how to delete it or perhaps replace the whole background graphics with a similar graphic that has no rule. Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Hi Laura,

Easy enough to change. Above the ribbon toolbar, click the View tab > Feedback Master.

The main graphic is on the Master layout (top most master) for all feedback layers. Change the graphic, text box size, font size, font style, etc. Just like the main Master layout for content slides you can add as many slides to the Feedback master for custom layouts.

Keep in mind it is a Master. So if you change the look of the "Correct" layout, it will affect ALL correct feedback layers in a quiz.

Hi there!

It looks like you're using the Journey content library template.

To remove the red header icon, you'll want to first go to the Slide Master. Then, scroll down until you find the Journey layouts.

When you see a layout with the red icon header, right-click the group and select Cut. This group is on multiple layouts, so be sure you do this for all layouts in the template.
