Feedback master

Hello Heroes,

I've been struggling with the feedback master for a while. Here is the problem. 

I design units for language courses and I find that if I create a new feedback layer, it won't be copied into the older courses (obviuosly). So my question is, what is the quickest/smartest way to ensure that my feedback master layers are available across all courses? For instance, if I have two different types of 'Incorrect' layers, how do I make them available to all the other courses? Do I need to add them to the 'storylinetemplate' ?

Secondly, same issue with colours and the design tab. How do I make sure that all the courses have the same design specifications (colours, accent ecc)? Through 'storylinetemplate' again?
