Feedback Master Issues

I have an issue, on my interactions where the user has to submit their answer I get a pop-up when the user hits submit without answer the question. The pop-up is silver like the default pop-up, but the text is white which means somewhere I managed to get the text the change colors. I have gone through and edited the feedback Master and even deleted the feedback master. But the pop-up won't change. Does anyone have a clue of how I can edit this pop-up if I cannot find it in the feedback Master.
