Feedback Master not functioning

In my scene, I have formatted the Feedback Master slides the way I want.  When I go to slide view, however, it would not use the feedback master.  I was able to recolor some parts of it manually, but unable to change the black background or add a white background to the circle of correct and incorrect on top.  I also haven't been able to center align the text properly, even manually.  

I had this same problem 6 months ago when I had an Articulate free trial (feedback master showing one thing, slides another).  Everyone agreed it shouldn't have happened...but no one had a fix.  I've deleted and redownloaded Articulate 360.  I have a team subscription through my office.  However I'm still experiencing the same issue in a totally different project.
