Hi: I have a file that is crashing when I try and publish it to the web or review, but it does not crash when I publish to Word.
I am attaching the file. It is driving me crazy. If anyone as a suggestion, I would appreciate it. I suspect the issue might be on slide 1.3 or later, as the button visibility confuses me. But I am really stuck. Thanks in advance. Lavern
I can confirm that your file crashes when I try to publish to Web. The Storyline generates "Articulate Storyline Error Report" that you can view more in detail when you click on "information" (screenshot). Unfortunately, this report is not user friendly but from I can see an issue originates in one of your audio files, something related to the closed captions. I published one slide at the time to conclude that this specific issue occurs in Slide 4. When you click on the audio object in the timeline and open "Edit Captions", it appears that there are two empty boxes that need to be deleted (screenshot). And it's most likely that the message from the error report is pointing to the same direction. <Message>Empty path name is not legal.</Message>

Thanks Nedim. It works now. I would never have thought to look at an empty Caption box.
