File is not supported
Jul 09, 2014
Hi,
I have a storyline file that I am trying to upload to Maestro - Sum Total, but I am getting an error message that it's not a supported file.
- I used my template storyline file, that I always use for all my courses
- I exported correctly as I always do
- I inserted my codes in the immanisfest file as I usually do.
And it's not working!
I tried to upload another course in the LMS and it's fine. The problem is only in this file!
Why this is happenning? The file is corrupted? What I could do in this situation as I have no time to re-do and I can't just copy and paste as I have a lot of exercises and animations?
Any suggestion? My deadline to deliver this project is very short!
I really appreciate your help!
Thanks

when I tried to play the story.swf file - I get an error message stating the data.swf file is missing. Does that help? probably not, but maybe it was not published or copied completely.
ERROR: Could not load the file 'story_content/data.swf'
I published several times and when I upload it to the LMS it's the same problem.
Do you have any idea how can I fix that?
I also tried to imported to a new Storyline file, but no lucky :(
Thanks.
I opened the file data.swf and I didn't get any error message, but it's blank.
I have no idea what I can do...
Here is my storyline file.
If someone can help me, I really appreciate!
I downloaded , published with SCORM 2004 3rd edition and it works in LMS. Although, I did rename with underscores . . .
