Files in Resources not working (wmv)

Hi,

I have some files in the Resources tab and all work perfectly apart from a film that we need to put in there.

It's a .wmv file, which should be OK (it certainly doesn't throw up any errors when it's uploaded and the file itself isn't corrupt), however when it is published and tested, when you click on it, all that appears is a mountain of error code like below.

Are .wmv files not supported in the Resources tab? Or is there a file size limit?

Any help appreciated!

Hi Lindsey,

did you test it only on your PC or also online? As far as I know it´s not working in the local preview, so you have to upload it somewhere. If you already uploaded it and it´s not working, try to test it in scorm cloud. Do you have the right to download something (of a specific file size)?

Still not working? Maybe you should contact the Support Team directly and they can take a look into your file. :)
