Loading YouTube Videos as Web Objects

Hi. I am loading YouTube videos as web objects, and setting parameters to switch off showing suggested videos and showing the title and player actions. But when I test the link, publish the file and view project, and load the SCORM to LMS I am still seeing suggested videos and The Title and Player actions are displayed.

Why am I not seeing these settings in my course?
