Fill in the blank question - Case sensitive not working

Hi,

I had a user come back to me with a screen shot of them entering a correct answer in a fill in the blank question. I do not have "answers are case sensitive" checked. Can someone take a look?

Hi Jordyn,

Is the file fairly large by any chance? If so, you may not be able to upload it to the forums.

Are you able to post a .STORY file that contains just the quiz or question slide?

I took a look at the file (was totally not expecting the applause when I answered correctly!) and I'm afraid I'm not seeing the problem.

Is it a specific answer that's causing the error for the user? For example, I tried "phone" and "Phone" and received a correct response. 

If you could give a little more clarification on the problem, I'd appreciate it.
