I am entering my SME's assessment test questions into my Question Bank, most are MC and T/F. However, I have 5 questions that require the users to enter the "correct word into the correct blank field". I do not know the best way to set this up? Any help would be most appreciated. Attached is an example of the question layout. Thank you
