I'm having an issue of audio and video slightly out-of-synch in the clips I imported into a SL360 project. Is it possible it is because the videos were recorder with variable bit rate? Should I always use fixed bit rate?
I did some digging, and I'm not seeing any reported issues of variable bit rate videos causing syncing issues in Storyline. Can you tell me a bit more about your project?
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.15.15581.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Do you notice the syncing issues in Storyline preview, or after the file is published?
Would you be willing to share one of the video files with our team here for testing?
