No, but if you want your swfs badly you can go to google's https://developers.google.com/swiffy/convert/upload convert each swf into a single html file. Then import into Storyline as a webObject. It doesn't work with every swf, but it will make you go wow. Simple effects play fairly well on mobile devices.

Flash files that you import into Storyline will not be converted when published to HTML5.
