Flash Player 17 Issue? Mar 16, 2015 By Eric Favata Hello, Is anyone else experiencing issues with Storyline 2 after installing the Flash Player 17 update? I can't open Storyline 2; I get the 'Flash Player 10 or higher is required to run Storyline' popup. Thanks. Eric.

They had to uninstall Flash 17 player, then update Storyline 2 Update 4, and then reinstall flash player. I didn't have the Update 4 initially, so that may or may not have caused the issue (it was working before with Flash Player 16)

Hi Ashley - my problem was resolved by my IT dept.
