Hi, need some help. How do I fix this issue? I cannot do a preview of my work because of this.
My laptop has updated IE browser and has shockwave player enabled but says "not available". This error prompts.
On my desktop, I have IE browser with lower version but with shockwave player enabled and available. This error does not prompt and articulate storyline 2 is working.
Why is this error suddenly showing? when before, it still works with my laptop.
It sounds like on your laptop, although Flash is enabled in the browser it's not accessible. Can you look at reinstalling Flash within the laptop environment? It's possible that a recent OS/Windows update removed or disabled it.

Storyline 2 requires Flash is installed to open and author within the product.
