Hello - I am trying to post a new Storyline project and the bumper videos I have included at the beginning and end of my training are not showing. I inserted .FLVs into my project but my webmaster is telling me that the files are requesting .MP4s. How can this be? And how can I fix it?

Hey Kristen,
Storyline will convert FLVs with no alpha channel to MP4s as part of its encoding process when publishing. It sounds like you may need to ask your webmaster to configure the server to allow a MP4 MIME type.
Is that the only option? I never had this problem with Studio, so sounds like this is a new way that Storyline publishes?
