Focus Order - Text box not being read

Hi there, 

I am having an issue where my text boxes on the main slide aren't being read by a screen reader (supernova and narrator). My slide layers work perfect and any buttons on my main slide work too. 

I have attached an image of my focus order for the main slide. The part that isn't being read if the Slide description part.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how they fixed it? 

I have the latest version of storyline and my colleague is experiencing the same issue.
