I have opened a ticket beacause of a technical issue, but I don't know where I have to connect to follow the evolution of my ticket. Can you help please?
The only thing that will happen is you will get an automated response when you submit. Then when a technician picks it up they will email you. Trust me, that won’t be soon enough for you, even if it happens within the hour. :) Then you can email the tech.
