Font change from PC to iPad

Hi Maud,

First, how are you publishing for the iPad? Are you publishing for HTML5 or the Articulate Mobile Player?

Second, what font or front type are you using? For example, if it's not a default font are you using an OpenType or TrueType font?

Also, can you tell me what version of Storyline you're currently running, please? You can find this by clicking on "Help" > "About Articulate Storyline".

I have the same problem than Maud. I'm using version UPDATE2:1212.1412.

We are publishing for HTML5 because the module needs to be uploaded on a LMS.

We are using Calibri and Arial fonts.

The Storyline version is update 2: 1212.1412.

Thanks for getting back to me, Maud.

If you need to use an LMS, do you know if the one you're using provides Tin Can support? If so, you may be able to publish for the Articulate Mobile Player app for testing (you'd still be able to track if the LMS supports Tin Can).

It's a little difficult to tell what may be causing this (whether it's an HTML5 issue, and issue with the iOS version, or an issue with Storyline) without seeing the files. Any chance one or both of you can submit your .STORY file in a support case with us? If you're able to do so, please share the case number(s) with me, so I can keep track of the testing and share any updates or solutions in this thread.
