Font changes when published

Hello - I have created two projects from a template, in the first project the published version displays the Arial font and looks the same in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
The second project, created from the same template, when the published project is viewed on Internet Explorer, it displays Arial and on Google Chrome it shows a different font- maybe Verdana.
I have the player style as modern in both projects, and Arial is the font set in player settings - colors and effects.
Have I missed a setting?

Did you create both the projects in Storyline? Or have you imported from PowerPoint, Word, etc.?

Parts of the project are from a ppt, but the beginning chapter and all of the try slides were created in Storyline.
The project is 223M - so could I share a box folder or do you have somewhere I can upload it to?
Also - it seems it might be something on my PC, as my colleague published the storyline on his PC and it doesn't behave this way. Very strange.

Do you notice a difference if you turn on or turn off Modern Text in the Design > Fonts dropdown menu?
If that doesn't help, please let us know and we'll dig into the .story file. You can start a case by using this link. There is no file size limit on uploads there. 😊

Hi Katie, just now getting back to this. I unchecked the Modern Text and republished it and that seemed to have fixed the font issue I was having. Thanks so much for the tip and reply!!!!
