Font looks different in published view

Hi everyone! I'm using storyline for an spanish e-course and in the production view, the font looks like this:

but when I publish it (100% quality) the font looks like this:

my client is killing me for this issue but I can't find an option to fix it. Are there any options?

Hi Adolfo,

When you are looking at the "production" font, are you looking at it with Zoom set to 100%?

What is the font that you are using?

Are you able to increase the size a little bit?
