in the case a SL1 file to be updated in SL2 and missing a font, in my opinion there is no interaction to block the import in SL 360.
By clicking on "Learn more about font", there is written in the matched page "This gives you the opportunity to install the missing fonts on your computer or replace them with another font in Storyline."
But there is really no way to install missing fonts!
When this screen appears, the user has to force to continue. Clicking OK to finish the file update process incorrectly! What's needed is giving the user the ability to close the program, install missing fonts, and reboot the PC!
That depends, I have lots of files where I get the fonts message but I don't want to close storyline as the font is not really used in the file and I have not substituted it. Also you may want to import a slide and not use the installed font, I think it works the way it is.
You shouldn't have to reboot a machine if you install a font.

You can still import the slide into 360 , it just lets you know you are missing a font.
You would have to locate and install the font, Storyline cannot do that

I know I can import the slides, I know SL does not install the missing fonts.
I already have the fonts installed in Windows.
What I think is missing and how to exit the screen that SL creates as you open a file without fonts in your operating system!

Perfectly agree ... but if you can choose what to do!
Now there is no choice! The file update process can not be blocked without import!
