I used a specific font for my quiz project and realised that the font doesn't display with consistency on iPad, especially when users have to "fill the box". It often show in Arial font.
Is there anything I can do to make sure the font is used correctly through the entire project, as this project will most likely be seen on iPad.
Is the font issue isolated to where the user's type in an answer and then where they see a "variable reference"? If so, custom fonts are not supported within the HTML5 output or the Mobile player for variable references as described here. For full comparison of Storyline's Flash, HTML5, and Articulate Mobile Player output, click here.
The issue with the font appears in the type in answer boxes, but on several occasions in text displayed in boxes (with no interaction from the user or from articulate) and also on the result slide.
So it's ok if the type in answers are not supported, but I don't understand where the error comes from for the other text. It's the exact same text/boxes from one slide to the other, one slide works and the other doesn't. Is there anything I can do about it ?
Let me know if you need to see the file or link to the published project.
If it's also occurring in text boxes, I'd definitely want to take a look at your .story file. If you can share it here in the forums great, if not - I'll send you a PM with directions on how to share the file with me.
