Font size problem

When I edit text in Storyline it changes font size when I click out of the text box. It sometimes adds an extra line in the text box, or will go slightly bigger. It makes editing text very frustrating!
I think another problem is related, that when I edit Storyline files my colleague has worked on, the font behvaes strangely and is often much larger than when she added it originally. So for example, she has added text over a square shape, but when I look at it the text runs down further than the box.
(Possibly something with my screen resoution? My computer is a laptop in a dock with a monitor, so that might be what makes it go funny)

Hello Ruth,
When you share files with your colleague, please make sure you are both working from the files locally instead of a network drive. You can look at the steps here.
you can also check to make sure you screen resolution is set at the recommended 96DPI.
