Hi, Wendy, thanks a lot for your response. DPI is already set to 96 on my computer though as far as I know (the display was already set to the smallest setting).
weird behaviour - I tried publishing and got same result. I'd say it has something to do with your custom font Exo 2...but not sure how to fix it - sorry. Here's a link I found about non-standard-fonts - not sure if it helps you. Talks about exceptions when custom fonts used on variable references.
Hi there Leslie!, Have you found a solution to this problem? As we can't change our Screen Resolutions as this is a standard to all our screens. If its a font issue what is the solution to which font work? Thanks is advance.

I'd log a support ticket to get them to check it.

Thank you for your help, Wendy!
I created a ticket. Have a great day.
Thanks for the update Daniel. I see that you have submitted a support case (00512791) and you should be hearing from someone soon.
I'm seeing the same problem. System is set to 96 DPI.
Shall I log a ticket as well?
Hi Marie!
I popped in to check on Daniel's issue for you and it was reported to our QA Team for review. His issue is related to the slide size of his project.
WORKAROUND:
1. Slide size should be below the following resolution:
Lower than 760x570 for 4:3 aspect ratio.
Lower than 970x546 for 16:9 aspect ratio.
If your issue seems different, then I would encourage you to share as well.
Thanks, Leslie!
I'm using slide size 960x620 as a kind of compromise size between desktop and iPad.
I really hope I don't have to change it, because I have hundreds of screencaps that fit this size!
Thanks!

Hi Chris!
I'm not following your question. The information shared above is for slide size not screen resolution.
If you need our team to take a look, you are welcome to share here as well.
Any update on this issue, I am currently experiencing the same thing with SL3 - my font sizes are HUGE on the review screen for text entry questions.
Hi Justin,
This is still an open issue and something we've seen in the latest versions of Storyline as well.
This discussion is marked for update once we have more info to share - so we'll keep you posted here.
