Font substitution in IE Jan 08, 2018 By Glenn Simsek In a one page Storyline 3 project, the sans serif font switches to an unknown serif font with inconsistent kerning in IE. The font looks otherwise fine in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. No text is pulled from variables. I have tried Open Sans and Arial with no luck. I am using the latest update of SL3 (Update 2: 3.2.13213.0). Other users appear to have had this issue in the past, but I do not see that it has been resolved.

Could you check the following: In IE: Internet Options > Security > Custom Level Scroll to the Downloads section and check if "font download" is enabled If you needed to make an adjustment, let me know what your subsequent test displays. If you're still having the issue or this wasn't it - feel free to share your .story file so that we can take a look.

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your project in IE.
Could you check the following:
If you needed to make an adjustment, let me know what your subsequent test displays.
If you're still having the issue or this wasn't it - feel free to share your .story file so that we can take a look.
