Format painter not working Oct 13, 2013 By Jessie U I'm trying to use the Format Painter and it doesn't change from a cursor to a brush. It just stays as a cursor. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

I click on a red rectangle. 2. I click on the format painter 3. When I move the pointer onto the slide, I see (or do not see!) a paintbrush 4. (Since I'm seeing a paintbrush ), I click on a blue rectangle and it turns red.

For example:

2. I click on the format painter
