Formatting answers together developed throughout the course so they can print it out to keep at the end

Hello,

I need help creating a process to use with my course in creating text boxes in which the user can fill out for their "Action Plan" throughout the course and when the course is completed they can print out their "Action Plan" in which they have created in a nicely formatted page.

Is there any way I could go about doing this? Perhaps the use of variables?
