In one scene of my course, I moved things around a lot. I thought that the frames would renumber automatically but they did not. So, the course preview runs correctly (links work right), but the menu items on the left are all out of order. Help?!?!
To follow up on what Phil said, here's how to reset the Menu in the Player:
"Reset from story" will re-build the Menu based on the current numerical order of your slides and scenes. It will include every slide. That means that if you deleted a given slide from the Menu before, you'll have to delete it again.

You can reset the menu in player properties and if you want to renumber the scenes that can be done from story view.
