Free navigation not working?

I have a course in Storyline where I've slected "free" navigation on the little gear button on the player setup. I have an abbreviated menu on the left side, which takes you to the beginning of each chapter, so they can review specific chapters if they fail the quiz. Looks like it's not working, though. When I click on the menu items on the published project, they don't work. Am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks for the help in advance!

Hi Gina,
What I thing is happening is that your may only have the scene's name in your menu.
Since the scene's name is not related to any slide, it doesn't take you anywhere.
Try and add the title slide under each scene, these will be clickable.
If this is not the issue, give us more details and we will try and find a solution for you.
Have a nice day!

I will try that on my Storyline file and see what happens...
I'm also having a similar issue in Presenter '09. Although I'm set for "free" navigation, when I try to jump ahead, I get a message that says, "you may only view slides that have already been viewed". I want users to be able to go back and review certain sections if they fail the quiz and not have to watch the entire thing again. This one has all the slides listed in the menu tab. Any ideas?
This is getting frustrating!
The Storyline issue is fixed... thank you!
Now if you have any ideas on the Presenter navigation issue, I'd love to get that one fixed as well!
Hi Gina,
It sounds like the problem in Presenter is actually happening for you in a quiz. Is that right? Or is that happening for your entire Presenter presentation?
Can you tell us what type of slide/interaction this is happening with? It is a Quizmaker quiz or an Engage interaction?
Thanks!
