Freeform question - can users draw and then submit annotated image as a response?

I'm currently designing a survey using Storyline and wondered if it's possible to include a freeform question where users draw a boundary on a supplied map and then their response is captured as an image. There's no right/wrong answer that they have to get - I would just be collecting user's perceptions of where the boundary exists.

Does anyone know if this functionality exists? I would really appreciate any help with this. Even any suggestions which could point me in the direction of someone/somewhere that might be able to help.
