I originally created a Likert Survey using the Survey Results slide- however, I could never get that to report. So, I ditched that and created a Freeform Quiz (using likert-like radio buttons to make it appear like a survey. Unfortunately, I still can not get it to report to our LMS. I'm using SCORM 2004 3rd Edition. Can someone take a look at my file and let me know what I'm doing wrong?
When you first attempted the Likert Survey (in this discussion), I was able to see the responses in SCORM Cloud, even though they were not displayed in an easy-to-read way.
Your new project fixes that, as the responses are now shown separately in the report:
