I have a quiz that consists of 4 freeform pick-one questions, and one multiple choice question. When I test the quiz, the only question being calculated in the results is the multiple choice one.
I have made sure that, in the "result slide properties", the all of the quiz questions are checked to be calculated. I have also made sure that each of the questions is counting for 10 points. I'm not sure what else could be wrong to cause this issue?

Hi, John -- In addition to Wendy's suggestion to share your file, I also wanted to ask if you are testing your course in the intended environment to see how it behaves, as well? And if you are publishing for LMS, have you had a chance to check it out in the SCORM Cloud also?

I am attaching a .story file that is just the quiz, with the module's content deleted for the client's security.
You will notice that there is some unusual stuff going on with the results slide. That particular setup is something that the client needs for the module to communicate with their LMS - I don't know the exact details, but I don't think that's where the problem is in any case.
The problem, as I said above, is that the Freeform questions don't seem to be counting towards the quiz result. I have put the percentage in the upper right for the entire quiz so that I can watch when it adds points, and it only seems to add points for the single multiple-choice question.

only your MC question has the submit interaction trigger
I inserted a new freeform hotspot slide to test and SL automatically creates the Submit Interaction trigger which is missing on all your hotspot questions. That's why they are not registering any result.
