I'm working with the trial version of Storyline. I completed a product,
published it for Web, and attempted to use the built-in FTP function to
upload the work to my website. I received the following message: "The
requested name is valid but no data of the requested type was found." I'm not quite sure what to do next: my web host says "this does not look like an FTP error," and I'm not familiar enough with FTP to troubleshoot.
I'm really not sure why you'd receive that response from your web host, but maybe we can find a way to fix this for you. Which host are you using, out of curiosity?
How are you entering your FTP information? I've read on some other support sites that swapping the domain for the IP address can solve this in some cases, or the other way around. It really depends on the host, I believe.
