Yes there is a way. Just jump into your Question Bank where the questions are all listed, hit CTRL and select all of the questions you want to move into a scene, hit CTRL X to cut them, and then go to your scene and Paste the slides into the scene. They will now exist only in the scene, and no longer in the question bank.
