Get variables in the LMS system

Hi everyone,
I have a slide that is required to have 4 short answers, so I create 4 text entries, but the results don't appear in the report tracking. I just need to record what learners enter, no need to score, is there any way other than dividing it into 4 slides?
I know it appears in the LMS value data, like the picture attached, but it's very difficult to read the value, is there a way to show it more clearly?

You can keep the four text entries in one slide, but you will need to create four separate slides (those can be hidden from the user) to pass each variable to the LMS.
