I have seen several discussion posts and have tried several options and I am still having issues finding a viable solution. I am uploading a course to the LMS which has a quiz. My goal is to have a completion status as "completed" even if the quiz is failed. Essentially if the learner fails a quiz, the score is recorded but the module is marked ad completed. I have tried all of the reporting options to no avail. I am using Storyline 360.
When publishing a Storyline course, we recommend choosing Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed. These options are most likely to record both completion and success statuses in your LMS. Each LMS, however, can interpret statuses differently (especially for SCORM 1.2 courses). If your LMS isn’t reporting the statuses you expect, you can also try testing the course in SCORM Cloud for comparison. We also have an article that provides further details on this here.
