I keep getting an error when I try to preview a slide or scene. I turned the program off and reloaded it. Still have the problem. I turned off my computer and turned it back on. Still have the same problem. I did notice when I was working with a slide and the five layers within icons would come and go or were very slow to hide. Iam I taxing the program by having too much information? The layers are pretty simple. Any suggestions?
Hi Don. It sounds like there may be something corrupted on that slide. I like to weed out the corrupt object by cutting objects one at a time, and attempting to preview. I use the "undo" button when cutting an object doesn't help. Start with layers to narrow down where the problem is.
When you find an object that, when cut, allows the slide to finally preview, you can bet that it's causing the corruption. Simply cut it and rebuild.
