I'm glad to hear things worked normally on your test at SCORM Cloud - you'll want to reach out to your LMS team or administrators to see if they can offer additional advice or ideas on how to work with this set up. Please feel free to keep us posted as I know a number of other users have mentioned utilizing SumTotal and could likely benefit from your assistance.

have you tried uploading to Scormcloud LMS to see if the same error occurs? If not, it might be something the LMS provider needs to look at.

My client is still facing the issue on SumTotal.
The SCORM package is works fine on SCORM cloud.
