Getting trainees to view courses after publishing to WEB without a LMS or articulate online.

The published to WEB for articulate products has a folder with multiple files.   What do I need to do  to get my course to others to view if I do not have a LMS or articulate online?  What do I send to the trainees?  It works on my computer, but no where else?

Hello Bernard!

After publishing for Web, you've got a few options for getting the course into you learner's hands:

  • Use the FTP option on the Publish Successful dialog to upload the published files to a web server.
  • Use your own FTP client to upload the published files to a web server.
  • Give the published files to your server administrator to upload to a web server.

After uploading your published content to a web server, give learners the URL for the story.html file.
