I am having issues with the next/previous button. There are several slides that have triggers preventing the next button from appearing before the learner changes the state of an object by clicking on it. It is currently in my LMS and some learners have completed the course, so I know it works some of the time. I have tested it several times and sometimes it allows me to advance and sometimes I am stuck on a slide. There are a few slides that this is happening to. Not sure why it would be so inconsistent with advancing.
In the image you provided, there's a trigger for "Item 02" to show a layer. The condition for the Next button refers to "Oval 02."
Based on that, it appears those are separate objects. If so, some users might happen to click both and, thus, be able to advance, while others only click Item 02 and, thus can't advance.
If that's not the problem, it's possible that the slide is corrupted. Try re-creating the interactive objects to see if that fixes it.
