Hello Pedro, welcome to the community. Great question, and from what I can see plain text is all that is accepted in glossary entries. I tried using some HTML formatting as a work around and that doesn't seem to work, either.
It's possible that someone here in the community will chip in with a work around of some kind, and here is a link to the feature request form if you would like to submit this as a feature request - http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php?form=feature
At the minute, the Glossary functionality is very limited - font size, text types, importing from other sources etc. are all things that have been requested in the past.

Hi Pedro.
At the minute, the Glossary functionality is very limited - font size, text types, importing from other sources etc. are all things that have been requested in the past.
The more requests the merrier.
