you could try publishing to web and uploading to a webserver (Tempshare) or uploading your zipped LMS package to Scormcloud and see if you get the same result - it might help you troubleshoot if it's your LMS.
Hi there, Lawrence. Wendy gave some good suggestions, and we'd be happy to help you out too. You're welcome to share your .story file with us either here or in a case with our team!
Were you able to try it on a brand new file after installing the font? I wonder if the first version of the file somehow has those trace elements left over, causing some issues. If the new file works, you could look at importing your existing file into a new file, or going to change the font on each slide manually as "reset" of sorts.
If it's still not working, it'll be a file I'd want to have our Support Engineers take a look at. You can upload it to them here.
I've found something about this. Our standard font is Myriad Pro Web & this font is causing the issue. I will default back to Articulate for the time being.
You did Lawrence - and it came through. Also just wanted to also give you a heads up that responding via email includes your signature here in ELH. You are welcome to visit the forum discussion and click on the "edit" below your post to remove that information. No worries on our part - just in case you don't want your information publicly!

Hi Lawrence
are you viewing the published output locally or have you uploaded to webserver/LMS/Review?
Hi Wendy,
It's straight after publishing and uploading to the LMS.
Regards,
Lawrence

Discovered the issue. The template comes with a font "Source Sans Pro" and my machine doesn't have it, yet.
Any chance of implementing something similar to Indesign whereby it highlights fonts that your system may not have?
Lawrence
well, installed the font, restarted Storylinle360 and still gobbledygook text.
Restarted my machine and still gobbledygook text - even with the font installed. Now I'm stuck.
Did you republish is to your LMS?
Les,
Yes, I have. Still the same.

Ashley,
I think I replied to this, but just discovered that all articulate emails are ending up in my junk folder due to corporate rules.
