"goodbye.htlm" not available
May 11, 2020
Hello,
When testing one of my module on a LMS (Cornerstone), I get a "404" error while leaving the course (see enclosed screenshot).
The message reads that the file "goodbye.html" is not available but it is indeed located in the "lms" folder of the SCORM 1.2 export.
This module is based on a previously used template and I use my usual export parameters: I have never experienced this problem before.
Do you have any leads on how to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance.

Hello Christophe and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for contacting us and sharing the issue that you're experiencing.
We corrected this issue in the latest update:
Fixed: A 404 error occurred in some LMSs when learners exited a course.
You can read all of the details here.
That is happening to me now! And I have an updated version of Storyline 360!
I will test again and tell you if the newest update fixed it.
I just checked and my Goodbye has always been in the LMS folder. Even years ago in earlier versions of Storyline. Why did it work then and not now?
I just updated my Storyline 360, saved as SCORM 1.2 and the goodbye file is still in the LMS folder as it has always been.

Hello Victoria,
Thank you for contacting the support team to take a look as well. I can see that you are working directly with Jose.
Thanks !
The 404 error has indeed disapeared after having updated Storyline.
My clients are still reporting the 404 even after I've updated Storyline, but we're doing further testing now.
