Goofy Navigation issue

I'm previewing several modules. I just discovered that after module one plays in its entirety, I cannot get back to it via the course menu. I can navigate back to all the other topics in the course via the player menu but I cannot get back to this one.

I have two triggers on this slide. Jump to next when the time line ends and Jump to the next slide when the user clicks next.

So I'm at a loss as to what could be preventing me from selecting this module on the menu.

By the way, for this module, the only thing that displays in the menu is the topic. there are no subtopics displaying in this menu.  Hope this make sense.
