Grading problems
Jan 23, 2016
I am using a LMS and just created a quiz using storyline. I had one student try it and it worked without a hitch. It graded and auto populated the grade book in the LMS. I reset the quiz for the student to retake it as he was just blindly answering questions so we can see if it works. After resetting the quiz for a particular student only, the rest of the class started to do the online quiz. The rest of the class submitted the quiz but now it only reports in the LMS as in progress and only 10-30 seconds spent on the whole quiz. It also does not record any response for the questions in the LMS.
We have not made any changes besides deleting the last successful attempt of the test student. Is there any thing you can suggest that could help?
thanks.

What LMS? It sounds like the connection between the learning object and the LMS is being interrupted.
Hi Patrick!
Looks like Will has popped in to assist you here.
Are you able to re-create this behavior in SCORM Cloud? If so, we would want to take a look at your .story file.
BlackBoard
Simulation: Dysfunctional Team. it is public in the scorm cloud
Does that mean it works the same in SCORM Cloud and is not limited to your LMS?! If so, please share the .story file with us here.
attached is the file.
Hi Patrick!
Thank you for sharing your .story file for me to take a look.
I was able to see the behavior you are reporting and I have opened a support case (00730629) on your behalf. You should be hearing from someone soon.
I want to be sure that you get the best assistance possible.
I see where Eloisa is currently assisting you and will continue to follow along Patrick.
Hi Patrick! I popped back in to check on your case. I see where Eloisa reached back out on 1/26 about 345pm. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder to be sure that you are receiving responses. They would be coming from support@articulate.com. Just respond back to that e-mail if you have further information to share with the team and need further assistance.
