Graphic of all illustrated characters?

Would love to have a graphic that contains all potential illustrated characters for a project. Then if a client is getting particular I can hand it over like a menu. Changing resolution gets me pretty close to having all of them in one view but not quite...before I start slicing and dicing a screenshot is there another way to accomplish the same thing that I'm missing? If not, I'll create and share but I'd rather be lazy first.
