When I uploaded my course from Storyline 360 one of the slides has a talking bubble cut off (see attached), but when I am in edit mode or previewing it in SL360 the slide looks normal.
That certainly does not look right, so I appreciate you reaching out and I'd be glad to help.
My first thought is that there may be a shape that is blocking it perhaps?
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can even import this slide into a new project so you do not have to share the full course. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Sorry to hear you're running into the same issue! It looks like we weren't able to replicate the issue on our end, but if you'd like us to take a look at your file and see if we come across any cutoff elements, feel free to reach out to our support engineers, and they'll take a look!
I had converted from Storyline 2 to 360. When I made new caption bubbles it seemed to solve the problem, so I just had to copy and paste content from the old bubble to the new bubble. A bit manual, but better than nothing!

Thank you!
Was this ever resolved? I'm having the same issue! Thanks!

Hi Dan,
Thanks for popping back in here and sharing that! I'm sorry it took a bit of extra work, but I'm glad you were able to move forward!
