Grey screen when open this file on some browsers

Hi,

I'm wondering if you can help me to resolve this issue, I published a file on Storyline360, and when I open a review file and also in the html file uploaded to the LMS of the client it show a grey screen, like the one that appears when open a video, but the player button is missing, this grey screen is clickable where the player button should be, then you can continue with the course as it should, but it shouldn't start like that, it should open directly de first slide of the course.
I've created other two different files and they work perfectly, I don't know why is this file creating this problem. 
It's only working fine with Microsoft Edge, other browers show this grey screen, like Chorme and Firefox
