I have a video embedded in a slide. I have three grouped rectangles that are needed to hide personal information. They are scheduled to appear together and remain displayed for the rest of the slide. However, they appear too soon, disappear, and then reappear, resulting in the personal information briefly displaying.
I haven't looked at your story, but in general, groups don't play nicely. Ungroup them, then select the three of them, and you can set animations, start times, and end times for all three with one action.
I have tried simultaneously modifying the timing for all three individually (ungrouped). The result is the same. They display too soon, disappear, and reappear too late to hide the personal information.
In the video, I used Shift-click to select 3 rectangles. then I drug them to the left on the timeline. This makes them show up about .25 sec sooner when the slide plays. You also can right-click them on the timeline and choose timings. then you can set the exact time that they show.

Thank you for your suggestion.

Is this what you want? I slid them to the right on the timeline. Then I added 3 more to cover the data before it scrolls up.
Close! The Employee IDs still show for a split second. I tried adjusting the graphics but it didn't resolve the issue.
Thanks for your help.
